its not posible to change username. this name is only "customer name" something default.

To expand on this a bit...
By default, DirectAdmin uses the username for this field on account setup, but this is what would be used in any emails sent by the system. So you should probably change it in your reseller accounts so emails to your users will see your emails as coming from (for example) Your Company <address.here> instead of resellername <address.heree>.
