Disable DNS

Is there any way to disable DNS function totally...
I know that I can disable it through CMD_MODIFY_USER (DNS Control) but I want for example disable the "View DNS" in CMD_DOMAIN_POINTER...

I think I want to change the token |DOMAINPOINTERS|... ?

We are using external DNS and develop a DNS plugin instead...
