now days outgoing spamming is known & comman case, every users facing this issue in web hosting Industries
I would require this feature, in most cases you dont want directly to shut down the website of the client, but you would want to stop any mail from being send out by simply flipping a switch.
this way we can at least prevent spamming until client investigate at their ends, If the customer does not use e-mail we will leave it like that.
It should not be difficult ?
