disable httsp in ticket system + Untrusted link

How to disable the https://domain.com:2222/CMD_TICKET?action=view&number=000000093&type=ticket link in the ticket system?

Shouldnt this be http:// instead of https?

And if the user now clicks on the link they are told that its an untrusted connection. Obviously, since the users domain is not using a ssl cert.

Where is the option to modify this and change it too http?

If I was you, I'd use

ssl_redirect_host http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=801
&
force_hostname http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=917

in directadmin.conf... We do this to deter what youre seeing

Doesnt work

I alrelady have the option to redirect users. It fails to redirect.

It only redirect to https://my.hostname if the user goes to http://domain.com:2222 but the emails with links do not.

That's what it's meant to do...... To me, SSL looks more professional.

If you really want to edit the message, check /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/message_user.txt and copy it to the custom folder, then edit it
