Disable Local Mail server

I want to disable the local delivery of mail for a certain domein on my server.
As MX records I have setup external mailservers.

But somehow local mail is still being sent to the local POP3 accounts.

Where can I disable this local delivery?

This has been discussed previously.

In the admin control panel turn on DNS Control for the resseller. As reseller turn on DNS Control for the user.

Then login as the user and click on MX Setup.

Uncheck the box and save.
