Hello,
One of my accounts on my server is using Google Apps email to handle email.
This site hosted uses a web form on a web page to send email to an address on the same domain. When ever someone sends a message from this form, it never arrives in Google Apps, but can be downloaded via an email program checking pop3. If someone manually sends an email to one of the email addresses on the domain, it is received fine; Just not when using the form.
From what I understand if I simply disable the mail service for this account, this problem will go away and the mail generated by this form will go to Google Apps account.
Could someone please tell me how I can do this.
I read the knowledge base article about de-selecting "Use this server to handle my emails. If not, change the MX record and uncheck this option"
But my user level is my server domain/account. I just need to disable mail service for one account.
Thanks,
Tom
