Disable Skin manager for resellers (/CMD_SKINS)

Hello,

For security reasons, I don't want resellers to go into Skin manager and upload anything.

How can I block this?

at least you can manually from root chattr their skin dirs.

There was also some option which could be place in directadmin.conf or something else... like never_allow or something where you could put certain things you don't want users and/or resellers to ever use.
I forgot the exact command but I'm sure somebody knows what I mean.

Or you can deny command per users.
