Disable "Support & Help" section

Have a look at the last reply here, it might be the solution.
 
I can't get that to work.

I have even tried disabling it for all users but they still appear on the page. I did restart DA service as well.
 
Oh sorry, the Customize is an option in Evo... sorry... LoL I use enhanced so did not get it at first. :)
 
I'd suggest using default menu. Just go to the ticket system on reseller level, you may disable ticketing there or just insert your own ticketing URL.
 
It's indeed a better way. We use both systems, the one from DA and our own ticket system.
This way a user never has to search for it. :)
