Disable the option to change user main password

Hi,
what is the best way - without create new theme or edit the current theme (just don't want to do update each time we updating DA)
to disable this page: HTM_PASSWD (Main password change for DA / FTP / DB)
we just want to manage it only from the whmcs so users can't change it from DA and then the passwords are not sync with the WHMCS.

This is also a problem for us, some users go into the control panel and change the password, then they go back in whmcs and cant login. So ideally make it so we can disable the password reset from DA.

Is there a simple way to remove this function from users ? and remove the link & icon all together.

I think you can also use command.deny in the user folder, not sure if the skin will not show the command, it works for Domain Administration page.
