Disk Quota Issue

I have a reseller with Unlimited Disk and Bandwidth Quota but just recently I am getting an email alert that the account is near or over the quota...

I already checked if quota is running and updating, and seems working fine, it is just that this reseller is having this issue.
 
Are you sure that the unlimited box is checked and you didnt just put 0 in the input box?

Go to list resellers and click modify user and check that the unlimited box is checked.
