disk space and email usage

I wonder if I am missing any setting, but I have some accounts cannot receive email anymore when the disk space is over their limitations. However, some other accounts can keep using emails without any trouble, they can receive or send normally. By that way, these users can use much more than their disk space limitation.

Please advice.

Hello,

If it's because of common disk quotas:

- It might be because of that you added first accounts when disk quotas was not enabled, then you later enabled disk quotas and added new accounts.

If it's because of individual quotas per email box:

- It might be because of that email disk quotas are not enabled for some mail boxes.

Anyway it should be checked after you provide more details.
