Disk space problem

Hello.

I have a problem with the Direct Admin account where the used disk size is displayed more than the actual amount. This also makes it impossible for me to use the remaining space. The total space used according to Appendix 1 is 11.94 GB. Be. But on the main page of the host (Appendix II) the value of 23.87 GB is displayed.
Please provide a solution to free up space.

I believe 1 is the disk space for the user and 2 is the total disk space for the server.

check more detailed, it looks like somewhere lays an extracted backup with the same size as a account, only this can explain ideal x2 size.
