Disk Space Resize

Hey folks,

Is anyone any good at linux partition resizing, i would like to resize without effecting the system or DirectAdmin as it is a live server.

I would like to half the space on /dev/sda1 and assign the new free space to /dev/sda2

Any advice and help is much appreciated

but I newer shrink partitions, only extend them so can't help.
