Disk Space Usage

I was wondering what all counts against a users disk space usage. Obviously it includes his website and ftp space usage, but does it also include MySQL databases, e-mail messages and attachments, mailing lists, and their personal backup files?

Disk space would include of course the users website files, mysql websites, as well as email (although it appears that the trashbox does not count against usage).

Search the forums as this question has been answered and I may have forgotten something.
