Despite emailing up and down with my current provider they still don't seem to understand the following:
I am running on DirectAdmin 1.50.1 and when I sort my users (as reseller: show users) on 'Disk Usage' I noticed that all accounts are shown with incorrect values. There are accounts that show about 30 MB despite having 10 GB in email alone.
I did have my own server before and I always got a correct indication: total usage consist of files, databases and email. The bandwidth seems to be shown correctly and can be sorted by clicking on the column name.
Somehow I am being pushed around for weeks already and to remove two filters (per user) to see what the actual storage is. (But whenever I login to one account it also gives me a perfect and correct overview without this hassle). I just want to have the quick overview again.
So what do I have to do or say to my hoster that I want to see which of my clients is taking the biggest byte (heh heh) out of the SSD capacity in this 'Show Users' menu item? Or what would be a solution for them to apply to DA?
Thanks so much for any clarification.
