On my server (Centos 7) I have HDD drives and I keep all the information (mailboxes and user data) on that drive. I would like to buy additional drives, e.g. SSD, but I don't know if I can store all the data as I do now, but keep some user data on the SSD? DA give some solution to manage disks in the panel?

So if have 100 clients I can keep on data 50 clients on HDD disks (mailboxes and directories /home) like now and rest clients will keep on data SSD disks in directories for example /home2 ?

I have one more question. If I can do what I wrote upper, can I keep on mailboxes, databses all clients only on HDD disk. On SSD disks only directories home2 some clients?

first question:
You can keep your client to hdd or move them to ssd, it up to you.

Second question:
Database will store in "/var/lib/mysql", that mount by your HDD.

for mailbox partition, you can use this feature https://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=2255
so you can keep your mailbox to HDD.

if you just want some client, you don't need to set "create_user_home_override". but if you want the new client to place in SSD, then you need to setting this to "/home2"
