Just a quick feature which I think may or may not be of any use.
Say for example, a user's suspended, either for account overusage (which I presume will notify them by email anyway) or otherwise if it's done manually or via the API (like a billing system).
Obviously, each method is going to tell the user that their account is suspended, but what if they login to the DA itself? Does that come up saying their account is suspended? What if they haven't noticed. I'm not saying this isn't going to happen, but would it be at all feasible to have a "status" option in the account management for the reseller or admin to set, either manually or automatically via an API communication system?
For example, by default, a user's account is "Active". However, say an account is setup pending a payment authorization. Can DA say in the console "Pending Payment", or "Suspended" in the right hand side column above the disk usage/bandwidth graphs? Would it be even more feasible to be able to set the status options yourself, so you can add/remove/change them at a later date?
Currently, if an account is suspended, and the user logs into DA, it doesn't mention at all (that I can see, anyway) that their account is suspended.
