Distorted Graphics from my Website...

Hello, please help my graphics from my public website is distorted, did I delete some important files inside the public directory? I already uploaded my backup site but it's still has a problem.. Any help or suggestions please..?

What do you mean by distorted graphics? Can you provide an example such as a screen-shot? Ususally, in terms of web-hosting, graphic files are present or not present and the quality of them is rarely altered. Could it be a local setting that is the problem?
