DKIM signature is not valid

Hello, i have problem with DKIM signature.
What i do:

1. Server using sub.site.com
2. Create email [email protected], put in administrator account (Dashboard / Show Users / View User / Account Info)
3. Enable DKIM and checked for exist dkim.private & dkmin.public inside domain directory
4. From User level / Dashboard / DNS Management copy DKIM TXT record, paste to my dns provider

What am I doing wrong, what am I missing?

there are 2 TXT records in DNS for dkim working, also check how it shows - maybe you don't need to mark them with quotes " in registrar panel

true, you don't have to add "o=~" anymore

Everything is fine, just DNS cache.
