DNS Access for Resellers

Is there a method to provide resellers access to modify users zones with out becoming the user after enabling user level DNS Control?

Or even permitting the reseller to view the users zone file?

No. DirectAdmin requires you to log in as the user to see the DNS, and then only if the admin level has authorized DNS for the reseller account and the reseller has authorized it for the user.
