Dns cname or change

We create a page using google sites and we display the new page to enter the address you have in direct admin
But in DNS partde do not like changing the CNAME

May you provide some URL and how you did create the CNAME record?

Hello,

if you have domain.com and want to point it to Google, then it's OK that you can not create CNAME record for domain.com. CNAME can not be used here, you can use CNAME only for www, etc; please search the forums for more detailed answer if you need it.

Create the page https://sites.google.com/site/cimigenorgmx/
And the CNAME record already exists page is www.cimigen.org.mx
I just take the Direct Admin control , but I'm no programmer websites
