DNS & Direct Admin NOT Working [urgent]

Recently programs started to error on my server ( all the software installed by DA ) then, the dns has stopped working and the web pages can only be accessed by ip/~username

secondly DA on the server is non accessible

You really need to give more details there are a million reasons why things can fail, and without any more info, noone can really help. Start by describing everything that happened, what you errors are returned, and any info about the failures in the error logs.
