Transferred 6 domains fro GoDaddy hosting. I really like this service. Was worried about the change to Direct Admin from channel but I really like it. My issue is that one domains when setting up in Direct Admin stated that it was invalid. It is a .us domain. I actually have two of them and one of them transferred over just fine. The one in question will not load the sight. I checked the name servers and name records and they are correct. I also deleted and uploaded the website but it still gives me the Future home of something quite cool message.

The details of your post are rather contradicting. DNS services do not produce 400 error. If you see a 400 error in a browser, then it's a web-server which drops the error, it is 400 Bad Request error then, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes#4xx_Client_errors In this case you should check webserver logs for more details.
If your case differs, then please let us know more details. It would be good to learn a real domain name.
