Dns files not properly generated

I have got a strange problem. Whenever I add a new site, the dns file is not being red by named.
The log says:

Mar 24 10:41:10 apophis named[3632]: zone xxxx.nl/IN: loading master file /var/named/xxxx.nl.db: file not found

In /var/named i see the file. It's a 0644 file owned by root, all other files are symlinks with 0777 to /var/named/chroot/var/named/

How can i fix this?
I'm using the lastet version already.

It seems your named is running using chroot, directadmin has problem when running in this config.
