Hello,
I work for a hosting company and one of our clients had an issue with the kernel they were using (CentOS 5). Something happened where most services would not start from /etc/init.d, such as Direct Admin. I changed the bootable kernel to a default Centos kernel and booted the system back up. Everything seemed fine and Direct Admin was loading. The client messaged me back, however, and said that no DNS entries were showing up in DNS management in the Direct Admin control panel. We checked /var/named and all of the .db entries are there, but they are not in the control panel and will not resolve. Does anyone have any idea how to import the .db files from /var/named back into the control panel?
