DNS not responding

Hi to all,

I have problem with one of my domains.

So with http://www.intodns.com/wphostdaddy.com I have problem:

ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond:
The ones that did not respond are:
5.199.143.207

I can see that my domain is not responding on ns1.wphostdaddy.com

Here is /var/named/domain.com.db

wphostdaddy.com. 14400 IN NS ns1.wphostdaddy.com.
wphostdaddy.com. 14400 IN NS ns2.wphostdaddy.com.


and also

ns1.wphostdaddy.com. 14400 IN A 5.199.143.207
ns2.wphostdaddy.com. 14400 IN A 5.199.143.209

also when I try to dig from my computer

Tested dig on both NS, yes, the second having IP 5.199.143.209 doesnt reply, check firewall for port 53 open and also if named is running
