So I got myself a new box 85.17.92.36 and decided to host www.bazarucebnic.cz there, I set DNS to jeldovo.info domain also hosted on that server and issued a DNS record to ns1.jeldovo.info and ns2.jeldovo.info with my registrar (Dynadot)

All was working fine for about a week, until now.. and now the funny part. When I try to access the sites through the domain names hosted on it, it says Server Not Found, however I can access the IP directly without problems, pings go through.

When I open up a proxy, the sites load up fine.

I suspect I made a mistake with DNS configuration (but cant find a problem) or it is either my ISP or host that is messing with me.

Anyone experienced this when setting up a new box? Maybe I should give it more time for propagation of DNS? Or did I set it wrong?

You dont need to make A records for them that is done when you create the records in the root nameservers.

Others are having this problem as well.... so.. waht do you suggest I should do?

I added

ns1.jeldovo.info A 85.17.92.36
ns2.jeldovo.info A 85.17.92.36

to jeldovo.info record on the server.....
