Hello,

some of the visitors can't reach the server, but some of them can. The box is located in Turkey and usually the users, which set their machines to get authomatic DNS, can't reach my domain medikalbank.net. But if they switch to DNS like opendns, google etc. they can reach the site.
What could be wrong with my box. (centOS)

Thanks in advance,

Has this anything to do with DirectAdmin?

Anyway, the nameservers of medikalbank.net are ns.1numarahosting.com and ns2.1numarahosting.com, which can't be resolved by RFC-following clients because of an error.

The zone for 1numarahosting.com has the same nameservers, which use the same domain. The A records have been correctly added into the parent nameservers (the registrar did it when you registered both nameservers), but they are missing in the zone file:
Code:
$ dig +short ns.1numarahosting.com. @212.146.137.74
$

Just add "ns" and "ns2" A records pointing to the 212.146.137.74 address within the "1numarahosting.com." zone. Negative cache will hopefully go away soon and everyone will be able to access your domain, therefore your website.
