dns problems?

How long is it since you changed the nameservers?
Some times it can take a couple of days (72 hours or more) until a domain resolves.

It seems like the nameservers are the problem.
If you do a dnsreport (http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=jeansglass.com) on your domain, it shows that the dnsreport can not get the needed information.

From here I'm not able to ping your nameservers (sn1 & ns2.ineedadomain.co.uk). Check your nameservers, and make sure that your firewall is not blocking them.

And make sure ns1 & ns2.ineedadomain.co.uk is resolving - check the zone files.

does this look ok to you

It is not enough to setup the nameservers in DA, you also have to register them through your domain registrar. Login to your registrar and locate something like "register nameserver" or "setup nameservers". Most domain registrars provide this service, but not all.

When you setup the nameservers in DirectAdmin it will only update the zone files in DA, not all the needed DNS servers in the world.

Hmm... your nameservers are sometimes responding, and some times not.

Check that named is stable, in the DirectAdmin log.

The BIND daemon writes to the /var/log/messages log.

DA restarts DNS often. You should always have slave nameservice on a different server as well as on your local server.

Otherwise whenever the named daemon is being restarted DNS will be unavailable for several seconds to a bit longer, depending on how quickly the domain gets reloaded.
