DNS Settings local data and mail data set to NO

I noticed problem with receive emails. I found from admin level in DNS settings:

Local data and local Mail is set to no - and for all this domains is problem with retrive emails. For test I create new domain and I see is automatic set to YES and for this domain email working correct.

How to switch from NO to YES? I try delete this old nameserver domain with NO, and create again name server but still is with NO after add (Yes is set only for new created domains).

If both local data NO and Local Mail NO then it means the domain is not present on this server but on another server when using the multi-server setup.

Do you have another server and work with multi-server setup?
