DNS SPF Time Out

Hello,

one of my customer sent me this error when he tryed to send an email.

    host mail.iia.cnr.it [160.97.133.1]: 450 4.7.1 <[email protected]>:
    Recipient address rejected: SPF-Result=burn.crazynetwork.it:
    Time-out on DNS 'SPF' lookup of 'burn.crazynetwork.it'

Anyone have an idea about how to fix and what to change? Prolly is a DNS things to change but im not sure what exactly change.

Probably local to the recipient's isp.

what do you meen? their problem to resolve host?

I assume burn.crazynetwork.it is your mail server.

The recipient's mail server rejected the mail because it could not find the SPF record of burn.crazynetwork.it.

You might want to fix the errors listed here though:

Ok, added A record for ns3 and ns4 and seems everything ok on intodns site.

I told to customer to try again.
