DNS timeouts.

I have a few issues with DNS. Am a newbee and trying to learn how dns works.

Setup

I have VPS ..Centos running directadmin with 2 ips.
mymorgans.co.uk
morgan111morgan.co.uk
Morgan111morgan.com

all domains hosted on godaddy and I setup name servers on mymorgans.co.uk
ns1.mymorgans.co.uk points to first ip
ns2.mymorgans.co.uk points to second ip

and all domains in directadmin have these nameservers

When I try to access the domain morgan111morgan.com it wont work.
other 2 domains work.
the domain works on some isps. Also it works if i change my DNS to opendns.
So basically some people can see it .
I thought it was a problem with nameserver propogation ( written a mail to my isp BT uk) they said slow response time and Timeouts.

I tried a bit of googling and help from DNS stuff .
I think the problem is with using a co.uk as nameserver for a .com domain.

What is the best way to resolve this . If I have to change my nameservers , how can I do it ?

Happy to work with anyone to resolve this issue ...costing me sleep, time and loss of revenue

Problem Sorted

Sorted the problem by changing nameservers to a top level domain.
