This doesn't look like a DNS page from Directadmin. This forum is intended only for Directadmin license holders, so admins, not for hosting customers.
Normally you can just remove one of the lines you don't want. If not, ask your host for support or the DNS provider you're using. This does not look like a Directadmin issue to me.
