DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I am using a standard directadmin installation with named.
From some locations, none of the domains can be loaded.

There seems to be some issues with named and dns resolving, in chrome I often get following error:
"DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"
If I switch to 4G or via a vpn, the sites do load.

It feels very random, in terms of provider that does or does not work.

Running tracert on windows doesn't work neither.
It's not 1 domain, it's all domains on that server.

Example:
https://www.luxe-kattenhotel.be is working fine, downforeveryone says it's working as well, but somehow I cannot surf to it from my current network.
I don't know where to start looking for a solution?

"C:\Users\name>tracert luxe-kattenhotel.be
Unable to resolve target system name luxe-kattenhotel.be."

Any clue where to start looking?

check your local settings, hosts or resolvers, tracert to server IP ok?

I can confirm here too, working perfectly, no issues at all. Also intodns.com does not reveal any problems.
So I also am thinking about a local issue.

Might also be an issue with your providers DNS, maybe you can change your dns server to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 and see if that helps. If yes, you could contact your ISP about the issue.

Maybe something wrong with IPv6?
