do you need to create a user even for one domain?

I`m setting up a server with directadmin to host one domain only, i created the domain but i cant access it anywhere

even for one domain, do i still need to create a reseller package and add a user and assign a website to user? can the website be under "admin" directly ?

how to access it if possible

Admin is User too

so you need to create glue records in your Domains Registrars Panel

i dont want to switch DNS yet, want to access my site and get it ready before changing nameservers , how can i getting there?
