I think you need to face the fact that you will need to pay for a billing system.

For something basic you can use whoiscart @ $35 for a lifetime license http://whoiscart.net or APlusBill for $59 http://www.aplusbill.com/

Both of these are basic but will get you on the ladder.

It doesnt have integration into DA and it is cumbersome to set up, but I use phpCoin on my site. You can see it set up at www.speakyourmindhosting.com and you download it free at www.phpcoin.com they have been talking about making a new version that will be a paid version but I have not seen it yet. Once I figured out what everything was it was easier to use HeidiSQL to change all the settings so that I didnt have to use their admin interface to get it all set up it was much easier.
