Does DA require BIND to be installed?

I have a freebsd box...does BIND have to be installed and running (named daemon) before I can install DA?

Seems like it does though...I get errors galore on install that it can't find named...bah...I will have them install this for me then.

Of course if bind isn't installed, and if the server isn't using external servers for DNS (see /etc/resolv.conf), then then you're going to have those errors because the server needs tohave a way to find the files the install is downloading.

Yea....it's all fixed now. I just totally reinstalled my freebsd 6.2.

So far DA has been great though. I used to run Plesk and also Webmin. So far DA appears to be excellent in comparison. I hate Cpanel too.
