Hello friends.
I'm having trouble accessing my website and directadmin panel on my laptop, this problem happened after I changed the directadmin password, on my cell phone I can access it normally via my mobile operator's internet. It looks like an IP block. Does anyone know how I solve it?

When I try to access the directadmin panel page on my switch it says website not found but on my cell phone I can open the page

You might have blocked yourself then if your cellphone is not on the same network as your switch.
Try logging in via a VPN and then remove your ip from the blacklist, that might either be CSF or the DA blacklist or both.
The DA blacklist can be found here:
/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist

I'm hosted on digitalocean, do you know the command to remove the IP from the blacklist?

You have to login via SSH and remove it from the file.
If you are a hosting customer, you are on the wrong forum. This forum is intended only for DA licence holders. Hosting customers should ask support at their hosting provider.

Tenho uma licença de um ano do directadmin e aparentemente o painel ditectdamin bloqueou meu IP.

This time I translated, please do that yourself next time. If you have a license, then you shoud have SSH access.
So login via SSH as root to your server and edit the according file, or just delete it, because it will be created automatically again once a new ip will get blacklisted.

I have a one year license from directadmin and apparently the ditectdamin panel has blocked my IP.

Yes as I said... I had translated this time myself already. Use a VPN and then login via SSH as root and remove your ip from that file.

To prevent next time block, add your ip the the csf.allow file and add it to the /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_whitelist file.
That way you can not get blocked anymore.

Both commands are giving this message:
No such file or directory

/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist

/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_whitelist

On the mxtoolbox website it states that it is on the deny list

then create the ip_whitelist file and put your IP in it and restart DA. not sure if it will help, but its a try..
do you have other firewall software, as CSF/LFD or any? because they have a csf.deny file.

Desculpe, sou um novato, agora entendi. Vou tentar aqui. Posso fazer esse processo diretamente através do painel de administração directadmin.
