Domain forwarding on email

Forwarding to a local domain, or to a remote domain?
Right now, we only have the local forwarding by creating the domain to be forwarded as an "aliased" domain pointer on the domain you want to forward to.
I have not looked at external domain forwarding for an entire domain. Per user is quite easy to do, but not sure about the entire domain.

Hi John,
The entire domain to a remote server -- Cpanel has this option and now a customer I'd like to switch holds the transfer on that option.
He has an email domain hosted on another location and they don't have the userid/pass for the login, they don't know how many accounts they have on that host, nor the paswords. So they need to foward all to the other host and see what arrives

Why don't they just set the other server as the mx for the other domain?

Jeff, the other host doesn't allow multiple domains. That's why most of their hosting is already on my servers.
It has something to do with their "not knowing" of outlook and how to set email addresses/accounts.
