Domain issue

Hello,

I recently purchased a domain on your service.
I am running a website aswell as a game server where 100~ simotanious accounts will be accessing daily.
I would like my customers to be able to connect to my game server using simply "worldoflastwar.org", rather then typing the entire domain.
I see no issue as www.worldoflastwar.org is a domain which is under my control, they are able to connect to the website using www.worldoflastwar.org, but are unable to connect to the game server using worldoflastwar.org.
If you could kindly clarify the issue for me I'd appreciate it.

This site, directadmin.com, is not owned by any webhosting service. It's a community support forum for hosting companies using the DirectAdmin control panel.

You should contact your hosting provider. They supply your service.
