Domain mess

I hope someone really can help me with this because it's really annoying.

My website http://www.toegangtotinzicht.nl sometimes doesn't work and than you have to access http://toegangtotinzicht.nl to get to the index.php. This is with my domain, with my subdomains and FTP.

When http://www.toegangtotinzicht.nl isn't "online" the page loads like you don't have connection with Internet, but than if you go to http://toegangtotinzicht.nl, it will open the index.php file.
Off course this give a lot of problems (nothing works) and visitors only go to the link they were supposed to go.

And sometimes everything just works perfect .

It isn't a firewall problem, changing the redirects in the .htaccess file also don't work, so what can I do?

I only have access to the reseller and user level of DA.

I didn't messed up something, the problems started when I went to another server. On the other server everything just worked fine and now it's really

Hi, how long ago did you move to another server? It can take up to 48 hours for global nameservers to propagate your new IP address. Could be the reason why your site is sometimes disfunctioning. (I saw that you're Dutch: XS4all usually propagates quite quickly, others like planet internet and tiscali take a while...)

No it isn't that , I have the problems now for over a week.

Do you really have two nameservers? Or just one with two different IP#s, pretending to be two.

This often happens when you use only one nameserver.
