Domain Not Propagated

I just need to ask, i got a new domain on 31/7/2021 and till today 6/8/2021 can't access my website and now it take me to other link start with ww38.
from the start when i got the domain i did nothing in configuration just added my html files in file manager that's it. is there anything i need to do or i need to wait more?

Did you add the NS records of your DirectAdmin server to your domain?

I went to manage DNS then i have there my domain and TTL 3600, Type A , Value the ip that they gave me

If you check your domain on https://digwebinterface.com/ and choose type NS is that the same Nameservers as that are showing in your DNS from directadmin.

I see what happend, your NS are controlled by your provider, so it make no sense to change your DNS records inside DA.
Go to your hosting panel at your provider and find a link like "DNS control" or similar and fill the right values like your A record there.
