Domain owner check working not as expected

We have a problem with domain owner check feature.

1. Hostname is hnX.domain.com

2. Users are created by reseller with the standard domain name1.hnX.domain.com
(name1 - random name)

3. The problem is that user CAN rename name1.hnX.domain.com to name2.domain.com.
Rename to name3.hnX.domain.com ends with domain owner error.
Why rename to name2.domain.com is working??????

check_subdomain_owner=1
subdomain_owner_check=1 (with subdomain_owner_check=0 - the same behavior)
/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/allowed_sub_domains.list is empty

The problem is that there is no domain.com on the node hnX.domain.com.
