Domain Path

Simple but I just cannot remember:

When someone goes to my site, I have joomla installed in the root directory. The DNS seems fine. But the site gives me an error that says that I need to upload my site to the public_html directory when it clearly it is there. When I append the URL to /index the domain resolves. How do I get my IP address to point directly there. Other services allow me to adjust the path, I cannot get it in Direct Admin. Please help!

You'll need to to remove or rename the index.html file that's located in that directory. It should work just fine after that.
