Hi,
I have a primary domain primary.com
which is a good domain, short, etc...

now I have a second domain secondary.com.
which I want to point to my primary domain.

What will be the affect of creating secondary.com, as a Domain Pointer (as Alias)?
Will search engines see my site as to different ones with different domains?
Will search engine list only my primary domain & ignore the secondary?

I know this question could be for a very long SEO discussion, but I'm not asking a "which is best for SEO?" question, I just want to know what DA does & how search engines will see it.

Thanks in advance...

To the world, including search engines, it will look as if the sites are completely different sites with the same contents.

If you've got any links in the site to the same site but included as full internet links beginning with "http://" or "https://", on the second domain they'll be seen as off-site links.

And if you need a secure site Certificate you can only have one; hits on the other will show as a name mismatch.

Jeff
