Hi,

Whenever you set a domain pointer, it *has* to to point to the default domain... why can't it point to any of the domains on the account?

Thanks,
Matt :D

Say you have three domains:

a.com
b.com
c.com

Your default domain is a.com. Say you want to add d.com as a domain pointer - the only domain you can point it to is a.com, your default domain.

I want to be able to make d.com point to c.com or b.com.

Does that make sense?

Thanks,
Matt :)

Hello,

Your default domain is a.com. Say you want to add d.com as a domain pointer - the only domain you can point it to is a.com, your default domain.

I understand what you're saying, but don't know why you're having trouble. You should be able to do it.

User Panel -> b.com -> Advanced Tools -> Domain Pointers -> add d.com.

That will point d.com to b.com.

John
