Domain Pointing to Wrong Domain

I recently did a backup and then restore of an account the account has severail domains and its own ip. Upon restoring one of my domains doesnt work it automatically looks like it forwards to another domain from that user

Domain 1
Domain 2
Domain 3

When i goto Domain 3 it pulls up Domain 1's page, I have checked the dns of each domain and they all have the correct ip, the ip of the user. I have tried setting a default domain too in domain setup of that user, not sure if its actually setting it cuz it doesnt have a column saying what the default domain is. Please help
