but when i press e-in.org nothing happen

is it i need change e-in.org ip and nameservers? e-in.org i register at yahoo

You have to register the nameservers with your registration provider, in this case Yahoo.

Once you've done that, you have to change your nameservers (also at Yahoo) to the ones you've set up.

yup, now i can access e-in.org this domain

wat u mean is after e-in.org is set finish, then i should the e-in.org nameserver become like this :

ns1.e-in.org
ns2.e-in.org

is it?

You have to register the nameservers as well as change to them.

When you change to a nameserver you just use their names; when you register them you have to use their names and IP#s.

You should contact your registrar tech support to make sure you've done it properly.

When checking at DNS Report I see some red errors; the first two are probably because you haven't properly registered the nameservers at your registrar.
