May I request advise regarding the below error:
Order Accept Encountered Problems
Error: The name servers that you specified for mydomain.co.za(ns1.domain.host,ns2.domain.host) have not been correctly configured. Please double check the name server setup or contact your hosting provider.
We often have trouble with registering (or transferring) a domain via WHMCS Direct Admin Extended.
This is an intermittent problem where one moment a registration is successful and the next moment it fails. Transfers are not successful...
Can you possibly give me a nudge in the right direction?
We have a domain reseller account and have also communicated with the provider and awaiting response, but thought it would be good to consult DA forum at the same time.
PS. We have checked and I can confirm that the installation, name servers, etc. all seem to be functioning as expected as hosting spaces are provisioned correctly and name servers reflect correctly after an nslookup. The licensing is also up to date...
