Hi,

Lately, a domain from a reseller gets suspended without any reason on my DA (Debian) server.

Lets start from the top:

- On the Admin settings auto-suspend is turned of
- The reseller has enough traffic and diskspace left
- The user wich ownes the domain also has enough traffic and diskspace left
- On the reseller-level, auto-suspend is turned off.

But still, the domain, not the user gets suspended.

A manual unsuspend fixes the problem, but ofcourse, this is a slightly irritating situation.

What could this be?

What do you mean exactly? The user has enough bandwith and diskspace left?

User can set limits for its domains as he can for email etc.

Hello,

Ive got the same problem ! One of my user have his domain supended every night but "suspend at limit" is turned off and he have got enought traffic and diskspace left. Every day I can do "unsuspend" for this domain. What is the problem ? And what must I do ? Thanks. Bye.

Hello,

I have solved my problem. It's very easy, every user have the possibility to determine their limits for each domain. The problem isn't the limits of the account, it's the limits of user's domain. My user have limited his bandwith to 4 instead of 4 000 ! Bye.

Problem solved

Athough this is an old thread, I found the solution for this problem:
The user (or, more likely, a ghost) removed the tick next to "Bandwidth ... Same as Main Account" in the "modify domain"- screen. The domain was suspended by DirectAdmin every night, while there was no setting for suspension at bandwidth overusage.
